The brick section of the old building seems to quietly observe the Main Street area; the Montgomery buildings comfortably anchor the eastern edge of the town. They also anchor the town's character. For me, it's a pleasing way to see Windsor Locks on a daily basis.

So what's your favorite view of Windsor Locks?
As you walk or drive around town, what physical feature in town is most pleasing to you? It could be a building (private or commercial), a natural feature or a bridge or stretch of railroad tracks. These physical features make up the character of our town. Tell us what your favorite view is: Post it on this blog! If we pull together enough responses and compile them, maybe we can say something about what we want our town to look like in the future.

Have a great June!

- Wayne

Windsor Locks Preservation Association

Strategic Plan

Mission Statement: What's Our Business

We are the Windsor Locks Preservation Association, Inc.
